Soon Lisa packed into the house and started making
things hard for Chiamaka, two months after she started
living with them she would find every kind of fault in
amaka, either she didn’t prepare the food she likes or she
didn’t wake up on time.
One day Daniel was in his room working when he heard
Lisa shouting, he came out and found out that she was
shouting at amaka and asked her what the problem was.
Daniel: what did she do?
Lisa: this girl is so lazy and doesn’t know how to cook or
do anything, she’s just useless!
Daniel: what are you talking about?
Lisa: there’s a lot of salt in this thing she called food.
Amaka: the food is not salty!
Lisa: shut that your mouth!
Daniel: wait let me taste the food.
Lisa: honey, you don’t need to, I’ve already done that.
Daniel: I’ll love to do that myself (he pushed her aside
and took a spoon and tasted the food and it turned out
that the food wasn’t salty) thought you said its salty?
Lisa: uhm..
Daniel: which food did you taste?
Lisa: Daniel?
Daniel: don’t call my name! This will be the last time,
you’ll touch this girl or shout at her again, what if the
food is salty? People are bound to make mistakes! Is
she not better than you that can’t even cook?
Lisa: what?!
Daniel: i won’t warn you again (he went back to his
room)
Lisa: wait! Daniel is shouting at me cause of you?
What’s going on between the both of you? And what is a
grown up girl doing in a single man’s house?
Amaka: i don’t know what you’re talking shout (she left
her)
Lisa: you’ll soon know!
